Food experience in Aomori
Aomori has greatly different climate and land depending on the area. Therefore, there are differences in food culture according to each area. You can enjoy local cuisine and home cooking where characteristics of the area are utilized.
Shu & Kukko House - A must stop for all sweet lovers
We are excited to meet you! Come spend some time at "Shu and Kukko House", we'd be delighted to have you here with us! The fruits we harvest are apples, cherries and peaches. Those are especially popular among female university students for some reason.
Also we can cook local food and make sweet cakes together! We also have a vegetable garden, so we can use our own fresh vegetables to cook. Our signature dinner dish is sembei soup.

Here you can enjoy pure water, clean fresh air, cherries and apples, a beautiful starry night sky, and the warmth of old fashioned conversation around a traditional fireplace.

Farmstay Kamiharako
We run a farmhouse in Shichinohe, Aomori Prefecture.
We mainly produce bell peppers, lettuce, cabbage, garlic, kabocha squash, green onions, tomatoes, potatoes, corn, grapes, blueberries, spinach, cucumber, eggplant, watermelons, melons, and rice.

Food experience in Akita
The most famous Akita's local cuisine is "Kiritanpo", that made from rice. But in Akita there are plenty of famous local cuisines such as fish named "Hatahata" which is not landing at a certain time, and Inaniwa noodle also. You can enjoy local cuisine and home cooking which is also known as gastronomic prefecture.
Farm inn Nodoka - large garden & mountains
Nodaka is surrounded by fields, mountains and rich nature.
The Kamigentakeshi Shrine is situated on the way to the inn.
Let yourself be charmed by the owner’s homemade food, made of Kiritanpo (grilled rice stick), Kazari maki-zushi (decorative sushi roll), oyaki (dumpling) or tofu.

Food experience in Iwate
Iwate is utilized in local cuisine and home cooking by each area culture. In southern part of Iwate has glutinous rice culture and northern part has rice with mixed grains. Iwata is famous for Wanko Soba that is the one somebody keeps serving soba into your bowl as soon as you finish one.
Horoha no Ie
Why do not you try to enjoy rural cuisine in an old private house built 150 years ago.
The traditional dish "Suiton" in this area is delicious with various vegetables and meat.
